McKelvey Homes, Triostone Properties Looking To Develop In Ballwin

McKelvey Homes requested permission to move forward with The Enclave at Lucerne, located at 628 – 630 Kehrs Mill Road, during Monday night’s Ballwin Planning and Zoning commission meeting.

McKelvey is looking to develop a new subdivision of nine homes, which would connect with Log Hill Estates via what is currently a stub street.

The Planning and Zoning Commission also opened a public forum to hear residents’ opinions about a potential residential development from Triostone Properties.

Triostone requested permission to build 10 residences at 855 Westglen Village Drive, on the land located between Westglen Village Condominiums and Westglen Village Apartments.

The commission approved both McKelvey’s petitions, one for a zoning ordinance change and one for a subdivision, which will go before the Ballwin Board of Aldermen for final approval. Triostone will present its request again, at the commision’s next meeting on Monday, Aug. 5, at which time the public hearing on the request is scheduled to continue.
