New Veritas Site Gets OK from Ellisville Planning Commission

Veritas Gateway to Food and Wine's new location in Ellisville requires a conditional use permit to allow liquor sales.

Veritas Gateway to Food and Wine, previously located in Chesterfield, is another step closer to making the move to Ellisville.

As Patch previously reported, Veritas decided to move to a new location in hopes to better emphasize its restaurant function while also keeping a retail side in tact.

The restaurant and wine shop is aiming for a late April opening with a grand opening date of May 1 at their new location in Ellisville's Fountain Plaza at the corner of Clarkson and Clayton Roads.
