PREVIEW: Personnel, Environmental Issues Scheduled for Ballwin Council

The Ballwin Board of Aldermen is scheduled to meet Monday evening.

The Ballwin Board of Aldermen is scheduled to approve zoning for a Fifth-Third Bank at Monday night's council meeting, discuss retailers' outdoor sale displays and address city "personnel issues" in a closed-door session.

The council also has yet to appoint a permanent prosecutor to replace Keith Cheung, who . Additionally, Monday's meeting may be the first meeting attended by Alderman James Terbrock since former board candidate Dr. Raj Sajid unveiled urging Terbrock's resignation.

The council also is scheduled to address the use of food trucks and trailers, which was born out of a zoning variance sought by Harry Freund,Β  co-owner of , for permanent use of an outdoor trailer used to smoke the store patrons' barbeque.
