TRAFFIC ALERT: Route 141 Traffic Shifting Tuesday

MoDOT is shifting lanes on West County's Route 141 Tuesday between Olive Boulevard and St. Luke's Hospital Road.

The  sent out the traffic alert in a news release Tuesday.

The changes to lanes on Route 141 in West County are taking place just before noon Tuesday. Road crews are shifting southbound traffic so they can work building a concrete barrier between lanes on that stretch of road.

More details on Tuesday's lane changes are in the following news alert sent out by MoDOT.

The Missouri Department of Transportation will shift southbound traffic on Route 141 between Olive Boulevard and St. Luke's Hospital Road as part of ongoing construction for the Route 141 project. Crews will shift traffic to the right, splitting traffic around the upcoming construction starting just before noon today. Crews have completed concrete paving on the southbound lanes and now need to work on constructing the concrete barrier between northbound and southbound Route 141.

After the shift, Route 141 will remain one lane in each direction between St. Luke’s Hospital and just north of Ladue Road.
