Ballwin Art Teacher Honored as Missouri's Best

Rochelle Bower of in Ballwin received the 2012 Missouri Middle School Art Teacher of the Year Award during a special ceremony at the Missouri Art Education Association Conference last weekend in St. Charles.
“Rochelle’s enthusiasm, energy and passion for art education are evident in her classroom,” Mark McHale, content facilitator for art education in Rockwood said late last year. “We are fortunate to have a teacher of her caliber in our district.”
