Chair Exercise at St. Mark

This class is for Senior Citizens or others who want to stay fit but find a traditional exercise class difficult.  Participants should bring weights (1-5 lb) and water.  They meet in rooms 18-19.  All members of the community are welcome to attend this video-led class.
