Back To School, Meet The Super & Pool Changes
We're looking at the big things happening this week around Ballwin and Ellisville.
- If you're a fan of the North Pointe Aquatic Center, be aware of new hours taking effect Monday August 12:
Open Friday from 4:30-7:30pm and Saturday/Sundays 11:30am-7:30pm through Labor Day.
- Students in the Parkway and Rockwood School Districts return to class on Tuesday, but fall sports tryout camps and practices open up on Monday. If your child plans on playing, they need to have their paperwork and physicals done and out of the way before they can participate.
- The community will have a chance to meet Rockwood's interim superintendent when Dr. Terry Adams attends a "Back To School" reception at Crestview Middle School in Ellisville Thursday from 5-6 p.m., prior to the Board of Education meeting there at 7 p.m.
- The Ellisville Planning and Zoning Commission meets Wednesday night, and among other things, is a proposal for a new restaurant called Cafe Kabob, in the Kmart shopping center.
