by far best BBQ in STL. I love there Ribs very meaty and moist and tender. The french fries are addictive. I have never had a bad meal and have eaten there for years..They make everything from scratch so you know your getting healthy fresh food. The sauce is amazing "I love the Spicy Southern" I buy it at Dierbergs market.. If you want great st. louis bbq you have to try Charlottes Rib BBQ.

The Schwarz family named their restaurant after Charlotte Peters, the star of a popular St. Louis TV show that aired from 1947 to 1969. Pictures of Peters and a painted mural of her show now adorn the walls of the restaurant, where customers enjoy St. Louis style barbeque with the Schwarz's prize-winning original sauces.
