Using recipes passed down through generations, the Faraci family has been offering pizzas and other Italian fare to the St. Louis community since 1968. In 1998 the Faraci brothers Vince and Pete opened their restaurant in Ellisville, where pizzas are made completely from scratch and cooked in a brick oven. You can order to go, or you can sit in the sunlit and neat dining area.

My first-time experience with this restaurant was disappointing. The waitress had an attitude, which impacted my party getting the food the way we asked for it, and when I reported this to the manager the next day, he didn't believe me and was more hung up about why I didn't report this the night before. As for the food, I wasn't impressed with it.

What you don't see is the secret behind Faraci's Pizza of Ellisville. The head guy their I guess Vince is his name caught him pulling a big goober out of his nose while spinning his pizza dough in the air. Needless to say I will never come back regardless of how good the food is?
