For repair I give this business 1 star. They were friendly but my machine's problem is worse now than when I brought it in. Be sure to test your machine with fabric from home before you pay for a repair. Make sure the work was done. There are only a handful of authorized Bernina repair shops in the area so my real advice is not to buy a Bernina.
