It's been nearly a year since my last visit to this establishment, but my experience was so terrible that I feel compelled to warn you: AVOID THIS SALON AT ALL COSTS!! First, I was given a VERY hard sell for a pedicure upgrade, which I finally caved to after the female owner/manager said I would receive $5 off due to a special they were running (and had advertised via a huge banner over the door). During my pedicure there was a lot of LOUD chatting in another language (Vietnamese?), which is annoying but not a deal-breaker... until the female owner/manager then started SCREAMING at other staff members (again, not in English) and throwing objects around the pedicure area. My nail tech had the decency to *look* embarrassed and apologetic about the whole thing, but she didn't say a word about it - nor did anyone else. The very worst part of the experiene was to come, though: checkout. Not only did the cashier barely speak/understand English (the male owner/manager), but he refused to honor the $5 discount I was promised. Not only was this upsetting, but I found it to be very shady...almost like a bait and switch. They will never get another penny of my money - or anyone else's if I can help it!
