West County EMS and Fire Protection District

The building is located right across the street from Margaret Stoecker Park<em>.</em></p> <p>The department covers 21 square miles including Manchester, Town and Country, Ballwin, Des Peres, Valley Park, Winchester, the Village of Twin Oaks and unincorporated St. Louis County.</p> <p>Chief Dave Frazier Jr. heads up West County EMS and Fire and says his staff provides "expert service utilizing state-of-the-art equipment."</p>
