Useless, senseless are just two kinder words I can use to describe this. Everyone (at least I thought everyone) knows these drivers only carry 20 or 20 bucks on them. One person dead, one or more persons looking at the possibility of many years in jail ruining their lives, and not to mention the pain suffered by Mr. Maksimenko's friends and family.   more ›
