After Circle 7 Ranch opened in Ballwin last fall, the parking lot in its home plaza Ballwin Grove has been packed nightly. With happy hour specials, table-side beer taps and TVs, Circle 7 has quickly become a favorite local hang-out. CVS Requests Help Enforcing Ballwin Grove Parking Issues

The CVS Pharmacy neighbors the popular Ballwin Grove development, home to Circle 7 Ranch and Marcella's Mia Sorella.

The Ballwin Grove shopping plaza, home to local restaurants Circle 7 Ranch and Marcella's Mia Sorella that both opened this fall, has already been deemed almost "too successful" at Ballwin Board of Aldermen meetings.  Patrons of the Ballwin Grove restaurants and shops have been overfilling the parking lot, primarily in the evening hours. The neighboring CVS Pharmacy has lost several of its spaces, including no parking zones in the receiving area and near the fire lane, and the CVS manager is asking for enforcement help from Ballwin Police. Although an additional 35 parking spaces are in the works, with about half already available, CVS Store Manager Tony Randazzo requested cooperation to develop an ordinance that would help keep …

Check out the new Circle 7 Ranch bar and restaurant that opened in Ballwin earlier this month through Instagram photos.

Circle 7 Ranch, located in the Ballwin Grove shopping plaza at Henry and Clayton Roads in Ballwin, opened early October. The bar and restaurant feature self-serve tableside taps, the first restaurant of its kind in Missouri. The menu also takes on burgers and other favorite bar foods with a twist, the brand literally stamped on burger buns. Circle 7 Ranch is housed at 14412 Clayton Road and open 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. Monday through Friday and from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. First for Missouri: Table-Side Beer Taps Coming to Ballwin Restaurant

So-called "personal table taps" got the final approval this week from the Ballwin Board of Aldermen.

When the Circle 7 Ranch restaurant opens in the Ballwin Grove Plaza next month, it will deliver a first for Missouri beer-drinkers: Personal table taps that let diners draw their own brew. The owners of Circle 7 expect to open the restaurant Sept. 10. They were before the Ballwin Board of Aldermen on Monday to get final approval for their plans to serve alcohol at the new eatery. Alderman Mark Harder had a handful of questions for owners Pete Ferretti and Budy Coy, who own or operate restaurants in St. Louis including The Pepper Lounge, Mandarin, The Outfield at Mike Shannon's, and Lumen. UPDATE: Sept. 25 at 10:45 a.m. Co-owner Pete Feretti shared with Patch on Facebook that Circle 7 Ranch is aiming to open Oct. 1. He said the flow meters and touch screens were taking longer than expected to come in from Ireland.   Post: Sept. 14 at 1 p.m. Feretti told Patch the restaurant is hoping to open Sept. 24. I'm looking forward to trying the place, but I have to say the emphasis of the business model seems a bit weak.... self-serve metered beer? Whee. Seems a costly gimmick that will seem odd quickly. Beer lovers want one thing: Lotsa beer options served cheap. "Oh, but you can sample a little of all of them!"..... I can to that now at any decent beer-mined tavern for free.
