Ballwin Senior Living Center in Top Entities for State Funding

A new senior citizens' center in Ballwin was among those businesses that received a green light for significant state funding during 2012.

Of 54 applications submitted to the Missouri Health Facilities Review Committee in 2012 to request a Certificate of Need (CON) for construction projects or the purchase of new medical equipment, funding was approved to bolster a new Ballwin Senior Living center, as reported Monday by the St. Louis Business Journal. Called The Solana West County, the $19.8 million project reflects a 98-bed assisted-living center.
