The Missouri Department of Transportation reports on the St. Louis work zones for April 18-24.
The Missouri Department of Transportation will close the ramp from Pine Street to westbound Interstate 64 at 9 a.m., Thursday as part of the Jefferson Avenue bridge closure. The Jefferson Avenue bridge over I-64 will close on Friday morning at 1 a.m., for approximately three months. Motorists can use Compton Avenue, 18th Street and 14th Street to detour around the closure. MoDOT will close all lanes on I-64 in both directions between Hampton and Jefferson this weekend starting at 8 p.m., Friday. Entrance ramps to eastbound I-64 will be closed from McCausland to Ewing avenues. In addition, entrance ramps to westbound I-64 will be closed from Broadway to Grand avenues. MoDOT is warning St. Louis area drivers to expect ramp closures along Highway 40 this weekend.
The Missouri Department of Transportation reports on St. Louis work zones for April 4-10. Several ramps on eastbound and westbound Interstate 64 will be closed Sunday in support of the Go! St. Louis marathon and half-marathon. The ramps from westbound I-64 to Forest Park Avenue, 3000 Market Street and 21st Street, as well as the ramp from eastbound I-64 to Market/Bernard will be closed from 5 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday. The ramps from eastbound I-64 to Chestnut and 6th Street will be closed from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. In addition, Chouteau Avenue will be closed from 12th Street to Broadway from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. Crews will close all lanes for about 15 minutes on northbound and southbound I-270 between I-64 and I-44 at 1 p.m. starting Wednesday, …

The Missouri Department of Transportation reports on the St. Louis work zones for March 7- 13.
All lanes of eastbound and westbound I-64 between Missouri Research Park and Chesterfield Airport Road could be closed for five to 10 minute durations for blasting one to two days per week at 2 p.m. These periodic short term closures are expected to occur through March. In downtown St. Louis, MoDOT bridge inspection crews will close one lane in each direction on the Poplar Street Bridge weekdays between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday, workers will close one lane between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Motorists should be aware of the following on-going closures:

The Missouri Department of Transportation reports on work zones in the St. Louis area for February 14-20.
Missouri Department of Transportation will close one lane in each direction on the Poplar Street Bridge starting Monday for bridge inspection. The lanes on the bridge will be closed weekdays from 9 a.m. to approximately 2:30 p.m. Crews will use a snooper truck to look at the bridge’s foundation and supporting steel. The inspection will last approximately three weeks. Motorists should be aware of the following on-going closures:

The Missouri Department of Transportation will close all lanes and ramps of Interstate 64 in both directions downtown between Hampton Avenue and Forest Park Parkway at 8 p.m. Friday. Motorists attending this weekend’s downtown festivities are urged to use I-44, I-70 or I-55. While the interstate is closed, crews will remove the Taylor and Newstead bridges over I-64. The ramps from McCausland/Skinker, Hampton Avenue and Kingshighway Boulevard to eastbound I-64 will be closed during this time. Missouri Department of Transportation reports on the St. Louis work zones for January 10-16.
The Missouri Department of Transportation has started the final week of work on the Interstate 64 double deck project downtown. Weather permitting, significant lane closures on the eastbound I-64 double deck structure between Pine Street and the Poplar Street Bridge should end by Friday, Jan. 18. Work has begun on a new construction project slightly west of there. Currently, crews are completing utility relocation work for an updated interchange between I-64 and Tower Grove, in partnership with BJC Healthcare and Washington University Medical Center.
