It's a versatile dish that can be hot and greasy or light and healthy or anywhere in between, so this week it's time to grab a slice at Faraci's in Ellisville. A family owned joint that originally started in Fenton, the Faraci's have been serving up pizza since 1968. The brick-fired fare is made completely from scratch, including the dough. The good: Family-owned atmosphere and a solid St. Louis style pizza for West County residents to call their own.
