The CVS Pharmacy neighbors the popular Ballwin Grove development, home to Circle 7 Ranch and Marcella's Mia Sorella.
The Ballwin Grove shopping plaza, home to local restaurants Circle 7 Ranch and Marcella's Mia Sorella that both opened this fall, has already been deemed almost "too successful" at Ballwin Board of Aldermen meetings. Patrons of the Ballwin Grove restaurants and shops have been overfilling the parking lot, primarily in the evening hours. The neighboring CVS Pharmacy has lost several of its spaces, including no parking zones in the receiving area and near the fire lane, and the CVS manager is asking for enforcement help from Ballwin Police. Merchants — and the city — quickly realized the new shopping center didn't have enough spaces.
Dubbed "too successful" at a Board of Alderman meeting in October, the Ballwin Grove shopping center on Clayton Road and Henry Avenue has been clogged with vehicles fighting for parking spaces in the evenings. That's come since the opening of two restaurants in the plaza, Circle 7 Ranch and Marcella's Mia Sorella. The problem may be fixed soon. Backhoes and bulldozers were on the scene on Tuesday, scooping out a previously grassy area of the property for what will be more parking spaces. Ballwin Grove is next to a CVS Pharmacy. Besides the two restaurants that recently opened it's also home to Paperdolls Boutique, 6 North Cafe, Pulaski Bank and more coming, including a Tide Dry Cleaners and Sei Bella Salon. Ballwin Board of Aldermen approved the move for additional parking spaces at the busy shopping plaza on Clayton Road.
With the hustle and bustle brewing at Ballwin Grove as businesses fill up the shopping plaza, something has become certain. There just isn't enough parking. Ballwin Grove, located at Clayton Road and Henry Avenue next to a CVS Pharmacy, provides a home for several local businesses including Circle 7 Ranch, Marcella's Mia Sorella, Paperdolls Boutique, 6 North Cafe, Pulaski Bank and more coming in the near future such as a Tide Dry Cleaners and Sei Bella Salon.
