School of Rock Off Manchester Road to Open in August
The franchise music store is moving in along Manchester Road and will have an open house for two weeks beginning August 1, and celebrate its grand opening on Aug. 17.
A new music store plans to open its doors to the public on Aug. 1, just before schools begin classes for the fall semester. School of Rock in West County, at 14560 Manchester Road Suite 1, is located in the Winchester Plaza.
They hope to have construction completed by the middle of next month and will use the remaining time to prepare for an open house lasting two weeks, said owner Scott Rinaberger. Some of the festivities during the Open House will be One-Day Explorers Clinics, for novice rock stars just starting out and not sure which instrument suits them, to Master Classes that are taught by established artists.
School of Rock is a performance-based after school music education program, which began in 1998, according to its franchise website. It now operates 100 franchise schools in several countries.
